We had an excellent driver, a source of very interesting information about Riga and a personable representative of your company. He later returned to our hotel and delivered a sunglass case which my wife had left in the vehicle and at our request was able to recommend an excellent traditional restaurant for “wild boar”. He is to be considered a valuable asset to your operation.

This tour was booked the previous afternoon via email. The General Manager, was prompt and efficient and quoted us a great price for a private transfer. 

We were picked up by a young man that spoke perfect English, charming and very accomodating, Peter!. He offered great information about some of the sights we were passing by. Took us to Lithuania, the Hill of Crosses and then recomended to stop by, on our return, to the Rondales Palace, well worth it. We were picked up at 14:00 from the Radisson Blue hotel and dropped off at 20:00. What a fantastic, memorable and so worth it afternoon!. Thanks to Baltic Transfers and Tours!.

From our first contact with Baltic Transfers online, until our last transfer to Riga airport, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Karlis, the manager of the company, could not have been more helpful and understanding. We were lucky enough to have him for all of our transfers in Latvia. He was punctual and his sense of humour was greatly appreciated. During our scheduled transfers, he even took us off the beaten track, to see places we wouldn,t have seen otherwise. These included an amazing castle at Bauska, and even a micro-brewery. And on our long drives from Riga to Liepaja and return, Karlis was more than happy to answer all of our questions. We learned a lot about Latvian life from him. A lovely man, he will look after you.

Great tour what more can I say! picked me and my girlfiend up on the saturday morning bright and early and we set out on our tour of riga and its many wonders, the scenic views alone were beautiful, then there were the many castles to visit, the soviet secret bunker (don't go in off peak times unless you speak latvian, as they dont do english speaking tours off peak season.) we even had time left so Karlis took us to where he usually goes in the summer to the seaside! Overall the tour was immense. Bring a packed lunch and money for entry into these places.

Baltic Transfers took us on "world famous" Castles & Palaces tour south of Riga. We saw Bauskas Castle, Rundale Palace, and Mezotnes Palace (a substitution for one of the other mentioned palaces on his website). We had a good time. His website can be a bit confusing as he does not fully describe his two routes, one south and the other north-east. We enjoyed the countryside and the day.

Last week I had an event in Riga for a group of around 50 people. Baltic Transfers managed the airport-hotel-airport transfers for all the participants. I had no issues, all was managed perfectly and it was a pleasure working with them! Moreover, I organized with them 2 buses for 2 half day field visits and again I had no problems. Karlis was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend Baltic Transfers and in case I have to organize another event in Riga, I will definitely contact them again!

I contacted the company by email for both airport transfer and a possible tour while in Riga. All the correspondence was handled professionally, prices are good. And we missed our connection in Frankfurt, so did not arrive Riga on the scheduled pickup time and were not able to inform them in time due to lack of Internet. By the time we got wifi, we already had an email from them saying we were "missing", which was nice! They were on the ball, we rearranged the pick up and he gave us a small discount on the first "empty" pickup. Which was fair. Good vehicle, nice man, very pleasant, good English. Would recommend completely for airport pickups and also for any other travel/touring requirements in Latvia.

If you want a speedy and hassle free airport transfer then use this company! They are super-efficient. Our transfer from the airport to our apartment and back to the airport went so smoothly. Communication with was great, replied quickly to all of my emails e.g confirming pick up time/location etc. We had to change our airport pick up time at the very last minute due to a delayed flight and he responded almost instantly confirming new time. Drivers were polite, friendly and helpful. On arrival the driver was waiting in the arrivals hall for us and on return to the airport the driver was waiting at the agreed pick up spot. Using Baltic Transfers took all the stress out of dealing with an airport transfer and we would highly recommend them.

We had an amazing time on our Tour to Latvia's Palaces and Medieval Castle. Our driver was very friendly and we could not have had a better time. He promptly picked us up at our tour time right from our Airbnb in Latvia and make the transportation very enjoyable and easy. He was more than happy to answer all of our questions about life in Latvia and had extra information about the places that we visited- Rundāle Palace, Mežotne Palace, Bauska Castle, and Jelgava Palace. We did not feel rushed at all (he even let us stop often to take pictures without any complaints!) and felt very safe as two female travelers. the sights were amazing but the driver really made the trip! wonderful and professional company and tour.

The short transfers from airport to hotel etc were great...every single one was ontime and very professional. The long transfers were amazing...the drivers were all professional, great drivers, educated young people with a genuine love of their job and loved to talk! By the end of each day I felt that they were not a driver but a friend. I was amazed by their personal stories and what shaped them into the people they are now. They were so open about their own life, life in general in their country, history of their country, feelings etc. I came away from the trip loving the history and old towns etc but felt like I understood the heart and spirit of each country as well from all my conversations.
